Welcome to the home of the web presence of David K. Stipp. As time goes on, the site evolves. This time around it is written in docbook. This should be a lot easier to update than the last few iterations - that's the theory anyways.

The site is generated via a custom XSL written to de-tabalize the format, and have some kind of CSS based rendering. There's quite a few tags that I cannot use, so at some point I'll have to modify the schema.
