This is the first draft of an ION ground-station operations manual. Content was requested from others multiple times during the FA05 semester, but those requests went unanswered.

Referenced inside this document is the program "downlinkrecorder.pl". It's purpose, as the name suggests, is to automatically record downlinks from satellites. Information is gatered from Nova for tracking. It depends on a third-party module to tune the radio. A copy of this is availiable upon request.
